dbotyy is free to use. Premium is an optional subscription bought for one specific Discord server.
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal — premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the server then returns to the free features. Nothing is deleted: XP, stats, settings and channels stay exactly as they are.
Within 14 days of a payment: email support and that payment is refunded. No reason needed, no questions asked.
What comes back is the payment minus PayPal's processing fee — 3.4% + €0.35 of the original amount. PayPal keeps that fee when a payment is refunded and does not return it to us, so it cannot be passed back to you. On the €5 monthly plan that is €4.48 returned; on the €45 yearly plan, €43.12.
After 14 days: a subscription is not refunded, including part of it. Cancelling stops the next renewal and premium stays active until the end of the period already paid for. The exception is a service that was unavailable or not working for a meaningful part of the period you paid for — write to us describing what happened and we will look at it honestly.
Refunds are returned to the payment method used for the purchase, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
Repeated refunds. The 14-day window is there for people who change their mind, not as a way to use premium for free. An account that repeatedly buys and refunds, or that charges a payment back through its bank, may be refused premium in future — on any server.
Email support@dbotyy.com with the email address used for the purchase and, if you know it, the name of the Discord server the subscription is on. We answer every request.
Payments are handled by PayPal. The subscription lives in your PayPal account, where you can cancel it at any time, and PayPal sends the receipt.
