dbotyy is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. It may change, have downtime, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
By adding dbotyy to a Discord server, linking a YouTube account to it, or logging into the web dashboard, you agree to also follow Discord's and Google/YouTube's own Terms of Service — dbotyy only automates role assignment based on membership status already visible to the channel owner through YouTube, displays aggregate server statistics (member/bot/boost/online counts), and runs games; it doesn't grant any additional access beyond that.
Game XP, levels and stats are for fun only — they have no monetary value and may be reset. Truth-or-dare prompts written by players are their own responsibility and must follow Discord's rules and the server's rules.
dbotyy's operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the bot, including incorrect role assignment or counter values due to a YouTube or Discord API outage or delay.
Most of dbotyy is free. Premium is an optional subscription bought for one specific Discord server — see pricing — and it adds the games with their XP and leaderboard, YouTube membership roles, and the online members counter. It is not transferable between servers.
A subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal and premium remains active until the end of the period already paid for; the server then returns to the free features, and no data is deleted.
The full refund and cancellation policy is on its own page. In short: a payment is refunded on request within 14 days of that payment, for any reason, less PayPal's non-refundable processing fee (3.4% + €0.35). After 14 days a subscription is not refunded, including part of it; cancelling stops the next renewal and premium stays active until the end of the period already paid for. We may refuse premium to an account that repeatedly buys and refunds, or that charges a payment back. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and are given where the service was unavailable or not working for a meaningful part of the paid period. Refund requests go to support@dbotyy.com.
Prices are shown in euros. Payments are handled by PayPal. The subscription lives in your PayPal account, where you can cancel it at any time, and PayPal sends the receipt.
